Zarish Aslam is an exceptional and dedicated senior solicitor specialising in all aspects of immigration law. Having practice immigration law since 2015, she is in a unique position to advice on complex matters where there is an overlap.

Some of her most successful cases include:

  • Adult Dependent Relative application successful on the spot in appeal despite adequate care available in country of origin.
  • Deprivation of citizenship revoked by the SSHD following a concession.
  • EUSS appeal allowed to a couple who were not able to marry before the transition period.

She has achieved vast success in assisting families reunite with their adult dependents in the UK. She is also frequently instructed on challenging visa refusals from abroad and successfully challenging the decision of entry clearance officers. Her good rapport with barristers, industry experts and third-party agents, has assisted in ensuring smooth progression of all her cases.

Before entering the legal profession, Zarish Aslam completed her LLB Law Bachelor’s a degree with a First Class. She was awarded with a scholarship to study her Masters in ‘International Commercial and Dispute Resolution Law’ in which she obtained a Distinction. Thereafter, she completed her LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury whilst completing her training contract at the same time.

With a passion for knowledge on UK immigration law, Zarish Aslam continues to attend regular seminars, conduct her own research on past successful cases and engage in discussions with other immigration barristers.
