Some of his most successful cases include:

  • Overturning removal directions which involved serious Article 8 factors. The client had overstayed in the UK & absconded immigration bail. However, due to private life grounds, there were compelling reasons for him not to be removed. The client was granted leave to remain based on his family life in the UK.
  • Judicial review proceedings challenging the Home Office decision to revoke a client’s Indefinite Leave to Remain status. The client had initially been granted refugee status in the UK and had lived in the UK for 15 years. The decision to revoke his immigration status was overturned.
  • Challenging Home Office decision to curtail immigration status and issuing of removal directions. Home Office immigration enforcement officers alleged that the client was in breach of work restrictions and detained the client at the workplace. Following strong representations, the client was released without any further action.
