How Much Time Have I Got To Submit An Administrative Review After A Visa Rejection?
Your administrative review request must be lodged within fourteen days from the date of the decision. Please note that the general 14 days does not apply to applicants who have been detained. For detained persons, the admin review request should be lodged within seven days.
The UKVI are obligated to reject any Admin review request that is submitted after the deadline.
