Consider Other Options After Tier 1 Entrepreneur Refusal

Try an alternative route
The UK has alternatives to the Tier 1 entrepreneur route and these would generally take you down the Tier 2 route and be needing to be sponsored. While it isn't ideal, the Tier 2 general migration route does offer a chance to still move to the UK but places restrictions on what you can do in the country.
Though it does give you time to try again for a Tier 1 entrepreneur visa should you still have your funding in place and also allow you to build up a network of contacts in the UK while still working for your sponsor.
